Washington Mutual complaint
We have a step loan with WM. we have never been late. The house has dropped in value 33 percent.

We asked them to freeze the loan rate so we would not have to walk off.

I guess they would rather get a house back than to communicate and help the homeowner who has kept the payments up.

WM, your bank is going down! Your customers will leave!

I an told the next step is to stop paying the payments and then they will contact you! So I have to ruin my credit in order for them to communicate? bull----!
