What forms are needed to change a house in my name?My uncle passed away and he left a written "Will", and the will states that he left me the house. I'm currently staying in the house and paying the mortgage every month.

I would like to know what forms I need to change the deed/ house in my name.

I was wondering if I could get a loan off of my insurance policy?

insurance policy nr MZ0901093*-001. My ex-husband, Gerald Sjoberg (aka McConnell) died recently. I need to know how to proceed with this insurance policy.
