I just got off the phone with an operator from the Philippines who handles Wamu Credit Cards..I waited 7 minutes and asked to be transferred to a supervisor and now they are making me wait 10 minutes..they charged me with an overcharge of $39.00 for a 19.00 charge and I am still waiting for this supervisor,why are we not keeping our jobs in this country? they usually forgive the first time incident but this operator refused and now I will have my whole family cancel their accounts with Wamu and I have a very big family
